I've been painting since 2024, when I took my first oil painting class. It only took a few weeks to fall in love with the medium. Thanks to the invaluable guidance and encouragement from the many teachers I've had, painting has quickly become an obsession.

The natural world has always been my true love, and oil painting finally offered the means to truly express my excitement about the hills, clouds, and trees. My work tends to be loose and painterly. I like this style because I feel it captures the movement and energy of nature, conveying emotion before rigid representation. My favorite subjects are always the simple moments in nature, large and small, that feel timeless.

All the works posted on this website are completely original, local to the central valley and surrounding areas, or imagined scenes. I do not use AI at any stage of my painting process. If an original is listed as including a frame, it is one I personally made by hand specifically for that painting. If a frame is not included in the product description, the painting will require framing before it is ready for display. All prints are shipped without a frame.
