Oak at the Confluence - print

An oak tree sits part way up the hill over the confluence where the North Fork pours into the Upper Kings River. The river bottom from Garnet Dike downstream to Kirch Flat has been my favorite stomping ground ever since I first saw it with my dad when I was very young. He would tote me and my brother around in his truck almost every weekend exploring any and every road that he thought might be interesting (they all are).
